Welcome to Essex Kitesurf Club

Essex kitesurf club is the BKSA Club for Essex. Based in the Southend-on-Sea area, the club has formed links with the local Council and helped to establish the sport successfully in the area. The club has 2 officially recognised areas in Southend specifically for kitesurfing and this allows us safe access during the busy summer months.

The club meets regularly throughout the summer season, holding fun events and BBQ´s. The clubs' membership has significantly expanded during the last few year (05/06/07) and we hope we will see many new members joining us during 2008.

All Kitesurfers using beaches at Southend must have current BKSA recognised insurance. The easiest way to get this is to join the BKSA.
